Shipping & Returns
All products including our classic titles are made on demand, so we'll start printing your designs right after an order is placed. It takes 2-7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. The average shipping time is 5 business days depending on the delivery destination. Children's Books will often arrive sooner and a request can be made for your title to be signed by the Children's Author. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped out, it is then delivered to the end address. We do not rush our work so we do ask that you are patient.
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in it's original condition, we accept returns, subject to rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
In some cases we may need to offer you a gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
How and when we refund you when you make a return?
When returning your item, the way you originally paid will determine how we refund you.
We'll process your refund once the item comes back to us. It can take up to 14 days (usually sooner) for the refund to appear in your bank account, but we'll keep you informed at each stage of our process.
How do I return an item?
For returns from UK and Northern Ireland, return to a Post Office branch near you for Royal Mail returns. We ask that you pay for your return using a tracked service. In most cases we will refund your delivery and postage costs, however this may not always be possible for orders less than £40.00.
What is your returns policy?
You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 7 days after purchase. Items must:
Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
Have proof of purchase such as a receipt or delivery note
There are some items that we can't take back or exchange unless faulty. Please speak to us about this before returning your item.
I've ordered several items at once. will they all arrive together?
Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.
If you order items with both 5 and 7-day dispatch times, we'll deliver them separately.
Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.
Cost and timings
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
